Well the past exam papers are copyright of the exam boards - and so to my
knowledge, the only (easy) way to get hold of them is through your exam
centre or by buying them directly from the exam boards.

OCR and Edexcel websites have details of how to get hold of papers.

OCR maths A level papers can be purchased from the OCR publications
department on [phone].

You may also be interested to know, you can also get model solutions to
OCR past papers and more practice papers from www.examsolutions.co.uk.
I found them very useful for my revision!
